SULAM was founded in 1981 and stands at the head of special education in Israel. Our mission is to enable children with diverse special needs to achieve their maximum functioning potential, the ultimate goal being successful integration into society. Sulam currently has twelve branches, throughout Israel which provides education therapy and support to over 530 children aged 6 months – 17 years with a range of challenges including cognitive and/or motor dysfunction, developmental delays, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other disabilities..
Shira, is four years old , with two gorgeous dimples. She cannot walk, since she suffers from severe muscle spasticity. The only place she can move freely is in the warm water of the hydrotherapy pool.

Where is my money going?

Sulam has always given our children many more therapies, and for many more hours than granted by the government. Your money is going to pay for these important therapies, and for the critical and vital work being carried out at Sulam.
